This year the GRI G4 Guidelines will transition to GRI Reporting Standards (GRI Standards). The Transition to Standards project has been initiated by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB), GRI's independent standard-setting body, in November 2015.
Obtaining public input in an inclusive way is essential for upholding the multi-stakeholder principle in the development of GRI Standards. In line with due process, the first set of draft GRI Standards is available for comment online from 19 April to 17 July; the second set will be published on 3 June and will be available until 17 July.
At this free event, hosted by DNV GL, stakeholders can comment on the exposure drafts and discuss the changes with a GRI representative. There is space for a maximum of one attendees per organization; invitations can be transferred to a colleague. There is a limited number of seats, so please let us know if you are registered but unable to attend.
