DNV GL helped us improve our materiality process five or six years ago. They developed a way to fine-tune our sustainability reporting materiality process so we could use it for non-financial issues in our Annual Report. At Nestlé, we challenged ourselves to evolve our materiality analysis. DNV GL worked with us to develop a process to bring both non-financial and financial risk identification together and to connect it more closely to business operations.
